Your property is listed on major portals to reach a wide range of potential tenants. All initial enquiries are screened for suitability and only a handful will be selected to view your property.

Accompanied Viewings
Only applicants meeting our strict criteria make it to the viewing stage. All viewings are done in person because it's vital to meet any prospective tenant. As people are shown around your property, we use the time to ask a lot more questions to evaluate their suitability as renters for your property. This is where experience and instincts play a big part.

Background Checks
If an applicant reaches this stage, it is because the property is right for them, and they are right for the property. Checks are now carried out to verify ID, income and employment, previous addresses, and credit history etc.

Final Approval
At the end of this process, and with your approval, the tenancy agreement is created and all legal and regulatory documentation and processes completed, ready for your new tenant to move into their new rental home. A detailed inventory report is created with copies of all documents sent to you.

Tenants are required to report maintenance issues promptly using a tenant portal, email, or phone call to Crown Rentals. Once approved by you, any work can quickly be carried out by our in-house maintenance team or trusted contractors.
